This is an online course on how to lose weight without counting calories. To some people that would seem weird or impossible, but it isn't. You don't have to count calories because, barring a serious metabolic disorder, your body does that for you. Much like cats, humans are capable of gorging, but most of us won't do it unless we are lacking something nutritionally. Also, like cats, what we're lacking in such a case is usually meat and/or grass (green vegetables).
Eventually, someone will probably call this the epigenetic diet, because discoveries made in that field are proving the efficacy of anachronistic diets.
If you're technically overweight, but you have plenty of energy, and are very active, this class is not for you. You don't need it. Your body is working just fine, and you're just one of those thickly built people for whom weight loss is just cosmetic. For you, calorie restriction will work until you're old enough that you stop caring so much about being "hot".
If you are legitimately overweight or obese and feel tired a lot, then this is the right place to start. This will give you instructions for starting a long term lifestyle change that will work forever.
