Ingredients
- 5 or 6 artichokes (as many as will fit somewhat tightly into a large pot. There should be at least 1 for each person, so multiply this accordingly)
- 1 teaspoon gray salt + 1/2 teaspoon later for the sauce
- 1/8 cup vinegar
- 200 g. butter
- 2 tablespoons oat flour
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped finely
- 1 teaspoon dry parsley
- 1 pinch of cracked black pepper
- 1 cup of water
