This is my recipe for guacamole. I like to keep it pretty simple, but things can be added to it, depending on whether you want to eat it alone, dip it with chips or onions, or spread it on bread.

Put the whole seeds or some cherry tomatoes back in the guacamole, to slow down the browning.
In Europe, some folks like to add smashed boiled eggs and chopped onions to this. |
