Salmon Salad

This salad can be eaten on its own or served as a dip.  It's so good that some people who supposedly don't like salmon liked it.

Ingredients:
  • 100 g. smoked or cooked salmon
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 cup heavy sour cream
  • 1/4 cup neufchatel, labane, or fatty cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill
  • a pinch of garlic crystals
Instructions:
  1. Cut the salmon into small 1/2 cm squares, or flake it to small bits.
  2. Chop the onion very finely.
  3. Dice the cucumber to 1/2 cm squares.
  4. Cream together the sour cream and cream cheese along with the dill and garlic.
  5. Fold in the salmon, onion, and cucumbers.
Refrigerate until it's time to serve it.
