This salad can be eaten on its own or served as a dip. It's so good that some people who supposedly don't like salmon liked it.
Ingredients:
- 100 g. smoked or cooked salmon
- 1/2 small onion
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 cup heavy sour cream
- 1/4 cup neufchatel, labane, or fatty cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon dill
- a pinch of garlic crystals
Instructions:
- Cut the salmon into small 1/2 cm squares, or flake it to small bits.
- Chop the onion very finely.
- Dice the cucumber to 1/2 cm squares.
- Cream together the sour cream and cream cheese along with the dill and garlic.
- Fold in the salmon, onion, and cucumbers.
Refrigerate until it's time to serve it. |
